6. No trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage or out-building erected on the premises shall at any time be used as a residence, either temporarily, or permanently, nor shall any structure of a temporary character be used as a residence.

7. No house, garage, or other structure commenced on any of the aforementioned premises shall remain uncompleted for a period of more than two (2) years from the date of commencement of such structure, except for interior rooms such as upper story or other non-essential additions to the minimum floor space requirements described herein.

8. No private wells or private sewage disposal systems shall be allowed on any lot.

9. No surface water, roof water or underground drain shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system provided to each lot. No one shall put any substance into Willow Lake or any waters flowing into Willow Lake, except lake frontage lot owners may build a sand beach not to exceed 15 feet from the shoreline.

10. The said owner reserves the right to inspect, review and determine if satisfactory all plot and construction plans before any construction is commenced, and to enforce compliance with the approved plans during construction.

11. The above and foregoing protective covenants are to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties acquiring any interest in said premises, and upon all persons claiming under them.

12. If any grantee or his heirs or assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants herein, it shall be lawful for any person or persons owning any property within the above described premises to prosecute any proceedings at law or in equity against any person or persons violating, or attempting to violate any such covenants and either to prohibit him or them from doing so, or to recover damages for such violations.

13. Invalidation of any one of these covenants by judgment or court order shall in no wise affect other covenants running with the land, but the remaining covenants shall remain in full force and effect.

14. No lot shall have the right of ingress or egress on Fairview Road. All driveways shall be on the streets provided.

15. All motor vehicles which are not in working order shall be kept inside and any repairs thereon shall be made within the enclosure of the garage.

16. All lot owners' vehicles shall be parked off of the streets.

17. Any item stored shall be enclosed and said enclosure shall be part of the dwelling structure.
