18. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any lot, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.

19. Trash, garbage or other waste shall be kept only in sanitary containers.

20. All utilities, where possible, must be placed underground.

21. The above restrictions are not to apply to Lots 111, 112, 22 and 115, except only as to that part of the restrictions and covenants which apply to water, sewer, drainage and utility easements. Lots 22, 111, 112 are to be playground lots and are for the use of all members of the subdivision.

22. Lot 115 is to be used for the Northern Hills waste Water Treatment Plant and its various activities.

23. No fence, wall, hedge, or shrub planting which obstructs site lines at elevations between two and six feet above the roadways shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line connecting them at points 50 feet from the intersection of the street lines, or in the case of a rounded property corner from the intersection of street property lines extended. The same sight line limitations shall apply on any lot within ten feet from the intersection of a street property line with the edge of a driveway or alley pavement. No tree shall be permitted to remain within such distances of such intersections unless the foliage line is maintained at sufficient height to prevent obstruction of sight lines. Entrance pipe culverts shall be furnished and installed by the lot owner, subject to the approval of the Township Highway Commissioner.
