7. Agenda. The Annual Membership Meeting or all special membership meetings will conduct business and vote on only those items listed in the agenda for that meeting. Proposed actions requiring a vote will be presented on the floor of a membership meeting by one of its sponsors. No voting will take place at the meeting, unless the above procedure is followed with the exception of any listed committee reports. The Chairman may accept topics for discussion under "any other business."

ARTICLE III (Committees)

The President will appoint all necessary committees to carry out the activities of the Association.

ARTICLE IV (Board of Directors)

2. Nominations. The president will appoint a nominating committee.

  1. The committee will be composed of the president, the immediate past president, and two (2) other members. The president may appoint any other past president in the event the immediate past president is unable to serve. Appointments to this committee must be made no less than forty-five (45) days before the annual meeting of the Association.
  2. The Nominating Committee shall place in nomination the names of at least one (1) member for each office or directorship to be filled.
