ARTICLE X (Other Binding Documents)

The following legal documents relate to property lot numbers 1 through 114 and are filed at the courthouse as part of the plat for the entire Northern Hills Second Subdivision.

• Covenants and Restrictions.
• Conditions of Ownership and Additional Restrictions for Lake Frontage Lots (only 25-72, inclusive.)
• Operation and Maintenance of Sanitary Sewers, Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water system.
  

ARTICLE XI (Policies for Use of the Lake)

Policies for use of the lake are either extracted from conditions of purchase of lake frontage property or from minutes of the meetings of the Association, and represent the majority wishes. All Association Members are expected to abide by, and help enforce these policies.

These policies may be amended at any Association meeting in accordance with Article II, Sections 3 through 5.
