BOARD  MEETING  NOTES

The Board held a meeting on March 10, 2003

The budget for the balance of 2003 was reviewed and the plan for 2004.
16 lots have not paid the special assesment, required to pay for the purchase of lot 30c.
We hold a liability policy for Board members with General Casualty.
The dredging of the catchment pond was discussed.
We still do not know who owns lot 61.
The new Bye-Laws were filed at the Court House.
Lot 30c was purchased on Feb 19th from Gus Mantua for $4,500
A mowing schedule must be published, including lots 30.
The annual picnic is planned for 9 Aug or rain date 16 Aug.  Bring a dish to pass, chairs and cutlerey
Since there are no significant issues for the Association to discuss, there will be no spring General Meeting this year.
The AGM is scheduled for 16 Sep 2003.
A committee was appointed to select officers for election.  These are Bill Lingle, Bob Thomas, Joe Serafini.
The Board received a letteer from the Stephenson County Health Department concerning West Nile Virus
and mosquito abatement.  (See letter)
The next Board meeting wil be held 23 June or 30th June 2003.
