BY-LAWS OF THE WILLOW LAKE ASSOCIATION, INC.
NORTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION

ARTICLE I (Membership)
1. Voting Privileges for Members. The membership of Willow Lake Association, Inc., hereafter referred to as Association, consists of all lake frontage property owners of Willow Lake, located in Northern Hills Subdivision 2, near Freeport, Illinois. Each lake frontage property owner, whose dues and assessments are fully paid at the time of the meeting, is entitled to one vote per lake frontage property owned.
2. Membership Acceptance. No formal application is required for membership to the Association, and acceptance of members is automatic at the time of purchase of a lake frontage property and payment of dues and assessments in accordance with Article I, Section 3, Annual Dues and Special Assessments.
3. Annual Dues and Special Assessments. All lake frontage property
owners are required to pay dues and assessments for the sole purpose of lake,
dam and/or catchment pond management and improvement. This shall include,
but is not limited to the purchase of assets, administrative costs and other
expenses as deemed necessary by the Association.
